Application Fee

1.      The interested candidate is required to pay a Rs. 25/- (Rupees Twenty five). The application fee can be paid in any branch of the SBI either by Cash or by using a net banking provided by SBI. The application form can be paid either of the following method like visa/master credit/debit card
2.      As there is no application fee for SC/ST/PH/Women candidates of any community. For OBC male candidate they are required to pay the full prescribed fee.
3.       Applications without the prescribed fee would not be considered and summarily rejected. No representation against such rejection would be entertained.
4.      Once the application fee are paid will not be refunded under any conditions or the application form can’t be transferred to any other examination or selection process.

Documents required to while filling Online Recruitment Application

Candidate should upload the documents in the PDF file to validate the following claims made in the Online Recruitment Application (ORA):
1.10th Standard Marks Card or Equivalent Certificate indicating Date of birth (DOB) .Or Marks Sheet of Matriculation or Equivalent issued by State Board OR Central Board Indicating Date of Birth to support the age .
(NOTE: Where date of birth is not available in Marks Sheets Of 10th in case of Tami Nadu and Kerala are required to issue School Leaving Certificate Indicating Date of Birth by concerned Educational Boards)
2. As proof of Education Qualification Degree/ Diploma certificate are claimed. In Case of       absence of Degree Certificate or Diploma Certificate the provision Degree certificate along with Mark Sheets of all the academic Years are required to have in case of uploading and while selection process .
c) Order/ letter in respect of equivalent Educational Qualifications claimed, indicating the Authority (with number and date) under which it has been so treated, in respect of equivalent clause in Essential Qualifications, if a candidate is claiming a particular qualification as equivalent qualification as per the requirement of advertisement.
d) Certificate(s) in the prescribed pro forma from the Head(s) of Organization(s)/Department(s) for the entire experience claimed, clearly mentioning the duration of employment (date, month & year) indicating the basic pay and consolidated pay. The certificate(s) should also mention the nature of duties performed/experience obtained in the post(s) with duration(s). Experience Certificate should be issued in prescribed format relevant to the post. Experience certificate not in prescribed proforma but containing all the details as mentioned above would be considered on merits by the Commission.
e) Caste certificate by candidate seeking reservation as SC/ ST/ OBC, in the prescribed pro forma from the competent authority indicating clearly the candidate’s Caste, the Act/ Order under which the Caste is recognized as SC/ ST/ OBC and the village/ town the candidate is ordinarily a resident of.
f) A declaration in the prescribed format by candidate seeking reservation as OBC, that he/she does not belong to the creamy layer on the crucial date, in addition to the community certificate (OBC). Unless specified otherwise, the prescribed closing date for receipt of Online Recruitment Application for the post is to be treated as crucial date.
g) Physically Handicapped certificate in prescribed proforma issued by the competent authority by Physically Handicapped persons eligible for appointment to the post on the basis of prescribed standards of Medical Fitness. The Competent Authority to issue Physically Handicapped certificate shall be a Medical Board duly constituted by the Central or a State Government. The Central/ State Government may constitute Medical Board(s) consisting of at least three members out of which at least one shall be a specialist in the particular field for assessing Locomotor/ Cerebral / Visual / Hearing disability, as the case may be.
h) Documentary support for any other claim(s) made.

Duties of Air Safety Officer, Directorate General of Civil Aviation, Ministry of Civil Aviation

1. Carrying out of Aerodrome inspections for standardization of Aerodromes and licensing of airports.
2. Examining the documents of Flight Crew for issue/renewal of licenses. Examination of documents of Non-scheduled Operators/Air Taxi Operators/ Scheduled Domestic Operators for issue/renewal of permits.
3. Examining data relating to obstructions around the airport and its effect on the aircraft operations and also with the view to give No Objection Certificate’s for new constructions around the airport.
4. Investigation of operational incidents to aircraft including Air Traffic Control incidents.

Duties of Assistant Director of Operations, Directorate General of Civil Aviation, Ministry of Civil Aviation

 1. Carrying out of Aerodrome inspections for standardization of Aerodromes and licensing of airports.

Duties Deputy Director (Safety) (Mechanical), Directorate General Factory Advice Service, & Labour Institute (DGFASLI), Ministry of Labour and Employment

1. carrying out surveys (including safety surveys in ports), research studies in the field of industrial safety and conducting training programs for the various levels of supervisory personnel and dock workers.
2. Preparation of safety literature, conducting educational and training programs.
3. Dealing with matters concerned with Factories Act and Model Rules.
4. Work in connection with the enforcement of Dock Workers (Safety, Health and Welfare) Act, 1986 and the rules and regulations framed there under.

Duties of (Chemist), Central Ground Water Board, Ministry of Water Resources, River Development & Ganga Rejuvenation  

1. Chemical analysis of water samples including trace elements, heavy metals and organic compounds.
2. Compilation and computerization of chemical data. Preparation of water quality reports, submission of progress reports and planning field chemical analysis as per requirement for specific studies.
3. Supervision of preparation of laboratory reagents. Taking up field studies including on the spot water quality analysis.
